Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

I like to bring this dish to work for potlucks. It's always a hit! Quick, easy, AND delicious!

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup butter

2 teaspoons mustard powder

1 ½ teaspoons garlic, minced
